“Soko” and “Nada Stark” integrated on the first January 1966 forming Biscuit, chocolate and candy manufacturer “Soko – Nada Stark.”
New factory was built and established at Kumodraska Street at Belgrade on 18th October 1975.
In 1981 occurred the integration “Soko – Nada Stark” with “PKB”, what changed the name of the company into “PKB – Soko Nada Stark”. This status maintained up to 1990 when Soko Nada Stark decide to continue independent.

Company History

Bambi starts operating in 1967. After two years Plazma biscuits becomes the quality champion in Yugoslavia and new products are introduced in the production programme. In 1981 Products Plazma biscuits, Belvit biscuits, Milky biscuits, Mandarin wafers are classified according to international code “FOOD 5’’ and New production plant Bambi II is being built. For the 20th anniversary Bambi III plant in Branicevo is put into operation. In 1992 a biscuits factory in Urosevac and fruit processing and juice production factory, cold-storage plant and wine cellar in Đakovica are joined to Bambi. In 1993 Bambi technology transferring to Russia and opening the chain of specialised stores around the country, call Sweet Houses. In 1996 Bambi becomes a holding company. Same year -The elite and the greatest world award - Monde Selection followed as a crown of 30 years successful work and development. In 1997-First International ISO 9001 certificate in the confectionery industry of Yugoslavia.
